Keynote Speaker at ICAME 2022.
It is an honor for me to deliver keynote speech at the international conference. This time at ICAME 2022, organized by SRM Institute of Technology, Chennai India. The topic of the speech is on Metal Additive Manufacturing - Current challenges and future demands. Even though the area still new to me, this is the 2nd time, the institute invited me. Hopefully via this platform, Metal Forming Research Lab may be recognized internationally. This time, I am not able to snap the photo during the speech. Credit to Fadzil for the photo.

on 1st of March, we have received a visit by Dr Luqman Shah from UMP. He is on his trip to visit researcher who are doing research on friction stir welding. He is the 3rd researcher from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) who are visited us. It is a honour for us to received scholars from other institutions visit our lab. Thank you again Dr Luqman.
New Year Conference Participation
One of our members had participated in the 6th Asian Symposium on Material and Processing 2022 on 26th of January 2022, hosted by Universiti Malaya. Amer presented part of his recent findings on different joint of friction stir welding. He has been tested by numbers of interested researchers during Q&A session. Alhamdulillah he managed to respond and satisfy them with his answer.
